What you’ll be doing

Panel Assembly:

  • Precisely assemble panels and components in accordance with fabrication drawings, contributing to the exceptional quality of our manufactured products.

Quality Control Contribution:

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in monitoring work quality, promptly reporting any issues to management following the guidelines outlined in our QAQC manual.

What you’ll be doing

Site Preparation and Coordination

  • Work with the General Contractor, Project Manager, and installation subcontractors to coordinate site activities and prepare for wall panel installation.
  • Participate in pre-installation meetings to review schedules, installation plans, site logistics, and project requirements.
  • Verify site readiness prior to deliveries and installation activities.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment requirements, and workforce needs to support installation schedules.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving site conditions that may impact installation progress.

Installation Supervision

  • Supervise daily wall installation activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate and monitor installation subcontractors, ensuring adherence to company standards and project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including Working at Heights requirements and site-specific safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify proper handling, storage, and installation of prefabricated wall panels.
  • Address and resolve day-to-day site issues, conflicts, and installation challenges in coordination with the Project Manager and General Contractor.

Quality Assurance and Deficiency Management

  • Perform ongoing quality inspections throughout the installation process.
  • Identify deficiencies, document findings, and coordinate corrective actions with subcontractors.
  • Monitor completion of deficiency items to ensure timely resolution.
  • Verify completed work meets project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate daily site reports, including workforce levels, installation progress, safety observations, and project issues.
  • Capture and organize site photos documenting installation progress and completed work.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide field updates to internal project teams.
  • Assist in preparing project closeout documentation and final inspections.

Communication and Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary on-site representative for UnitiWall during installation activities.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with General Contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal departments.
  • Communicate installation progress, concerns, and schedule impacts to the Project Manager and Director of Construction.
  • Identify practical opportunities to improve internal coordination, communication, and project administration.

This role is responsible for keeping project information organized, current, and accessible so Project Managers can effectively manage project delivery.

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day project flow by coordinating communication, tracking deliverables, following up on open items, and helping ensure internal teams remain aligned on project priorities, timelines, and responsibilities.
