Scheduled to break ground in early 2025, Mississauga-based UnitiWall will provide the entire exterior opaque building envelope for this modern 12-storey, mixed-use development in Downtown Oshawa. This partnership aims to enhance the project’s sustainability and architectural design through advanced modular solutions that streamline construction processes and minimize environmental impact.

Designed by the renowned Moriyama Teshima Architects, UnitiWall’s role in PostLofts extends beyond the traditional supply of materials. The company will deliver its ultra-high performance prefabricated wall system complete with custom fabricated metal cladding, aligning seamlessly with Atria’s vision and the Architect’s design. This ensures a more eco-friendly, superior, and effective construction approach through an integrated design process.
